What type of paint/face makeup do we use?
We use only the highest quality theatrical face make up and powders designed for the skin. They are hypoallergenic, water-based, and are 100% compliance with the non-toxic standards of the FDA. The non-metallic glitter used is also specially designed for the skin.

How many faces can we paint per hour?
Usually 15-25 faces per hour.

How is the paint removed?
Designs can be removed easily with soap and water or a quality baby wipe (excluding temporary tattoos which will wear over 3-5 days).

Is face painting safe/sanitary?
The products used, including Kryolan, Paradise, Mehron, Wolfe Face Art & FX, and FAB makeup are safe and sanitary and are formulated to be friendly to the most delicate skin and are fragrance-free. We will not paint the face of anyone who appears to be sick, has an open cut or sore on their face, a runny nose/eyes or obvious illness. If your child has very sensitive skin, we would recommend doing a small test patch area first. Our brushes and sponges are cleaned in hot water and our work area is kept neat and sanitary.
